Paddeling down the Danube from the spring to the delta. The time is no matter even though autumn is arriving in germany.
In the beginning of September 2024 my brother started his tour near the Danube spring and ended it 86 Days and roughly 2.800km later in Romania on the Black Sea. Travelling between 25 to 60km a Day with only few breaks and despite any weather conditions the journey turned out to be a modern day adventure.
I accompanied him for two of those weeks to the German-Austrian border. There he went on alone, with friends and with our mother all in his self-build canoe.
